For example, if you want to paste only the formats from one column to another, you can't use normal copy and paste. Instead, you need to use the Paste Special option. Simply select the data, copy it, right-click where you want to paste, and choose the Paste Special dialog box. From there, you can select different options like formats, comments, and validation. Click OK to paste the formats from the selected cell into the desired column.
