Step 1: Select the content you want to copy. Step 2: Press Ctrl + C to copy the content. Step 3: Ctrl + V to paste the content.
Special Paste can also be applied to do some simple calculations. Take Sheet3 as an example, we need to sell the goods at 30% off. Copy 0.7 first, then we can select the data to be calculated, press and hold Ctrl+Alt+V to activate Paste Special, and click Multiply at Operation to get the outcome.
Navigate to another area where you want to paste your copied building and type //paste . The copied building will appear where you were looking.
Step 1: Open your WPS Office spreadsheet and select the range of cells you want to apply the conditional formatting to. Step 2: Go to the Home tab on the top menu. Tip: If youd prefer to use the keyboard, in step 3, you can press Ctrl+Alt+V to invoke Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog, on the left, select either Paste or Paste link, as described below. Paste allows you to insert formatted text, unformatted text, or an image.
In Excel, you can paste a specific aspect of the copied data like its formatting or value using the Paste Special options. After youve copied the data, press Ctrl+Alt+V, or Alt+E+S to open the Paste Special dialog box.
