hello Im Jessica an e-learning specialist and Im here to show you how to make a chart from several different worksheets going to insert a chart and Im going to choose a pie chart so when I go to select data add data first I need to give it a name so Im going to call it sales Rev Im going to clear this out and go to my sales revenue sheet and Im going to check check my prior period data click OK and now you can see my chart is starting so now Im going to go to add series name Im going to call it cost of sales and make sure we delete this go to what I want to add here so Im comparing the prior period click OK and click OK here and that looks pretty good and remember you can always change your chart type so this might actually be shown better with say a 3d column chart real simple real easy so I hope this helps thanks for watching

In Excel, click the chart that you want to copy to another Office program, and press Ctrl+C. Open PowerPoint, click where you want to paste the chart, and press Ctrl+V. Click Paste Options next to the chart, and choose how you want to paste the chart.
Here are the steps to quickly copy the chart format from the chart on the left and paste in the new chart: Right-click on the chart whose formatting you want to copy and select copy (or select it and use the keyboard shortcut Control + C). Go to Home Clipboard Paste Paste Special.
Right-click the chart tab or toolbar and select Copy chart to clipboard.
Go to Word Preferences - Edit then change the Insert/Paste Pictures as preference to something other than In line with text. Once youve made the change try pasting the Chart again. Another approach is to right-click the portion of the Chart select a different form of Text Wrap, such as Square or Tight.
In Excel, select the chart, and then press Ctrl+C or go to Home Copy. In your Word document, click or tap where you want the chart to appear, and press Ctrl+V or go to Home Paste. Note: The chart is linked to the original Excel spreadsheet. If data in the spreadsheet changes, the chart updates automatically.
In Word, you can choose to paste text using the formatting of the source, destination, or just pure text.Turn on the Paste Options button Go to File Options Advanced. In the Cut, copy, and paste section, select Show Paste Options button when content is pasted. Select OK.
Just click on the chart you want to copy and use Ctrl + C to copy then select the other chart. In the end, use the shortcut key Alt + E + S to paste/apply the formatting.
In Excel, select the embedded chart or chart sheet that you want to copy to a Word document. Select the Home tab then from the Clipboard group click the Copy button. In the Word document, click where you want to paste the copied chart. Select the Home tab then from the Clipboard group click Paste.
