hi viewers welcome to our youtube channel electrical lectures in this video i will be telling you how to add references in your latex document by using overleaf the first step is to create a new project here i have already created it by the name main.tx the next step is to create your bib file for this just go to new file and name it as mybib.pip you can write any name but the extension must be dot bib click create so this is your references file now we need to place the necessary citation by using any indexing website for example google scholar and search for any papers for example i need to cite this paper so i will click here on the site icon and then on bibtex and select all and copy and then paste into this file it will automatically save so there is no need to press save button now again we go to main file and here for example i write a line this is my first reference and here i will use the command backslash site and as soon as you write the site command it will automatically su

You dont need to CONVERT the files! Copy and paste your file (to retain your original file) ie: 35544arrtsfevctdtys767.crt to 35544arrtsfevctdtys767-copy.crt. Rename your COPIED file (35544arrtsfevctdtys767-copy. crt) to name-of-your- choice. TXT i.e. abc. You now have the TEXT version of your file
The certificates should be put in a folder dedicated to certificates and key files. An example location would be /usr/local/ssl/crt/. All of your certificates need to be in the same folder.
Open the document you wish to insert the certificate into. Select the Insert tab in the top navigation bar. Select Pictures and locate the certificate file on your computer. Select the certificate file and click Insert to add it to the document. Resize and adjust the certificate as desired. Save the document.
Paste your certificate in the SSL Certificate field (not the CSR, you must paste the CRT). Note that the first line of an SSL certificate created by OpenSSL begins with %%BEGIN CERTIFICATE%%. All the lines must be run together and please be sure that there are no line breaks at the end of of the form.
Right-click on the highlighted certificate(s) and click Cut (or Copy). In the MMC Console, in the console tree, right-click on the Web Hosting folder and click Paste. The certificate(s) should now appear in the Web Hosting, Certificates folder (Web Hosting store).
