Navigate to File Import, select your caption file, and click Open. Place the caption file in the timeline. Drag and drop the caption file from the Project panel onto the timeline.
Premiere Pro allows you to import SRT files for your subtitles, which can be super handy when working as a part of a larger team. Click the three dots at the top-right corner of the Captions panel. From the menu, choose Import Import Static Transcript. Navigate to your transcription file(s) and click Import.
You may be asked to select a language or you may be able select a language from the drop-down element. Make your choice and youll see a full transcript along with timestamps. Click and drag to highlight all the text (it will scroll automatically) and press Ctrl + C to copy it.
