How to paste a sketch in Fusion 360. To paste your sketches into a new sketch, you must first either enter an existing sketch or start a new sketch. If you try and paste without being in a sketch, nothing will happen. Once you are in a sketch either right-click and select Paste or hold down CTRL + V on your keyboard.

In the browser, locate the component where you want to create the body. Click the radio button next to the component to activate it. Create a sketch. Click to expand the Create panel. Select a command that can create a body from the selected sketch geometry. In the dialog, set Operation to New Body.
Learn how to use the Combine command to join, cut, or intersect solid bodies in Fusion. Click Design Solid Modify Combine . In the canvas, select the Target Body. Select Tool Bodies. In the dialog, select the Operation: Optional: Check New Component to create a new component from the result.
