In this video, well look at how to import, export, and the paste options of the DevExpress ASP.NET HTML Editor control called ASPxHtmlEditor. Lets start with importing documents. The ASPxHtmlEditor can import documents from various formats and convert them to HTML for display and editing within the control. The import formats include: Rich Text, Office Open XML, MIME HTML, Open Document, and Plain Text. Because the ASPxHtmlEditor is a serverside control, the documents that you import need to be located on your web server and in an accessible directory. Lets take a look at an example. Here, Ive placed a standard ASPxHtmlEditor control with two ASPxButtons inside of the DevExpress ASP.NET Bootstrap project template. In my content folder, Ive placed the SampleImportDocument file. This is a Richtext file that contains images and styles. When this file is imported into the ASPxHtmlEditor, these styles and images will need to be stored somewhere. So, Ive added the UploadFiles/Imported
