Questions about how to sign a PDF? We have answers. In the Sign panel, select Add signature. The panel will ask you to click Image, then Select image. Drag your new digital signature online into a signature field or anywhere on the PDF. You can now download or share your signed document.
In the signature Properties window click Show Signers Certificate button. Following screen will be displayed once you click on it. Once you click on OK button, following window will be displayed. Click Ok button in the following window. Once the certificate validation is done, you will get the following approval.
In order to paste text, you will either need to create a new text box, or access an existing one. Text boxes are designated areas of your PDF for text editing. If you try to paste on your document without being in a text box, nothing will happen.
