sometimes when you are sending an email it will be easier if you can insert a document within the body of email message click on new email for example you want to refer to a document at appropriate place in the email message so that itamp;#39;s easier for the recipient who is reading the email now try to insert the documents you can see all of them got attached under the subject line if you want to insert the document within the body of the email click on format text the format is html click on rich text now try to insert the document and you can see it will allow you to insert the document wherever you want within the body of email we change the format of text to rich text just for this email but you can make the rich text as default for all new emails instead of html click on file click on options click on mail set compose messages in this format to rich text click on ok to save the changes if you like this video please subscribe to our channel

Insert a document in Word Click or tap where you want to insert the content of the existing document. Go to Insert and select the arrow next to Object . Select Text from File. Locate the file that you want and then double-click it. To add in the contents of additional Word documents, repeat the above steps as needed.
Insert a file attachment control on a new, blank form template Double-click the file attachment control. Click the Data tab. Under Validation and Rules, select the Allow the user to attach only the following file types check box, and then, in the box, type the file extensions for the file types that you want to allow.
While using Microsoft Word, follow these steps: Open the Word document you want to attach the PDF to. Click Insert Object Create from file. Browse for the PDF you want. Check Display as Icon and uncheck Link to File. Click OK. The PDF will attach directly to the Word document wherever you have your cursor.
Press Ctrl+C to copy, Ctrl+X to cut, or Ctrl+V to paste the text or picture (Windows); or press ⌘+C, ⌘+X, or ⌘+V (Mac). On Chrome, Firefox, and Chromium-based Edge, you can also use Ctrl+Shift+V and ⌘+Shift+V to paste text only (pastes text without source formatting).
Open the Word document you want to add the PDF to. Click Insert Object Create from File. Browse for the PDF you want to insert. Click Okay.
To insert the next page, click Object on the Insert tab, select docHub Document again, choose your next page, and click Open. Continue doing this until youve added all pages of the PDF to your Word document. When youre done inserting pages, make sure you save the file by clicking File Save.
There are three main reasons why you cannot copy and paste from a PDF: the file is locked, copy and paste options are restricted, or the PDF you received is a scanned or image file.
How to convert PDF files into Word documents: Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Click the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose Microsoft Word as your export format and then choose Word Document. Click Export. If your PDF contains scanned text, the Acrobat Word converter will run text recognition automatically.
