Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can do a mail merge with custom attachments and custom subject lines using Microsoft Office. Now I did a video a little while back on doing mail merge just out of the box using Microsoft Office. If you want to do things like attachments, if you want to modify the subject line, if you want to say CC or BCC someone, these are a little bit more advanced and you canamp;#39;t do these out of box. You need to use a macro enabled sheet to help you with this. So if youamp;#39;re just looking for basic mail merge, I have a link down below where you can get to that video. There is no way to do that once uploaded. You need to upload attachments one at a time in the order you want them. Currently you cannot reorder them, and there is actually no need to reorder them. When your recipient downloads the attachments, the OS file manager will sort them ingly.
In Outlook follow File / Options / Mail and in the first section under the Compose messages heading there is the Editor Options button. In the next window that opens, select the Advanced tab on the left-hand side. Scroll down ad under the Cut, copy, and paste heading.
4 answers Open the email you are copying attachments from in the reading pane. Create or reply to an email where you want to paste the attachments, once the new widow appears put the 2 windows side by side. Drag and drop the attachments from the reading pane to the new email in the body field.
The Edit Attachments window will open and show the list of attachments. To rename an attachment, click on its name. The field will become editable. Type the new name and hit Enter. To reorder attachments - drag and drop them to the right position with the mouse.
Ctrl+C is copy. Ctrl+V is paste.
Select the arrow next to outlook.office.com. Scroll down to Clipboard and select Allow from the drop down menu on the right hand side. Completely close Chrome and reopen it and you should now be able to copy and paste within Outlook.
You can use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste the content.
