This video series covers using the Grad Schoolamp;#39;s template to format your thesis or dissertation. In this video, we will cover key strategies for copying and pasting text into the template. To do a copy and paste, open both documents. Toggle on the Show/Hide button in both documents to make sure youamp;#39;re not highlighting anything you donamp;#39;t need. In the document where you need to copy your text, highlight only what you need. Copy Then within the template document place your blinking cursor where the text needs to be pasted. In the Paste drop down menu select either Use Destination Theme or Keep Text Only. Use Destination Theme will keep some formatting from the previous document such as italics and bold. Use this option only if you need to keep that type of formatting. If you do not need to keep any of the formatting from the text that you are copying always select Keep Text Only. Then use the Styles Gallery to apply any type of formatting you need such as headings,
