In today's video, we discuss the dissolution of a partnership. While partnerships can work well, conflicts can arise that make it uncomfortable for all parties involved. Recognizing when a partnership has run its course is crucial. The dissolution can occur in five ways: automatically, due to a partner's death or bankruptcy; by mutual consent; or via the Partnership Act of 1890, which allows any partner to dissolve the partnership by giving notice if there’s no express or implied agreement stating otherwise. A simple written notice suffices for dissolution if no formal partnership agreement exists.
