Two of those PDF and DOCX can be protected bypasswords and permissions to prevent unauthorizedusers from accessing copying editing and printing sensitive data. Lets take a look at an example. Imagine, we work in a big company and every year weneed to notify our employees about their personalinfo we have on record. Info like: address, phone number, etc. This way the employees will be able to check and email us back if any info needs to beupdated. Obviously each document in this mail merge has to be protected by a unique password. We havea template open in Word and an Excel spreadsheet with the employees information. Combine files within Acrobat Open Acrobat. Choose File Create Combine Multiple Files into a single PDF. If the file is already open, then choose Combine Files from the right menu. Click Add Files or Add Open Files, or drag files into the Add Files window. Click Combine to merge all of the files into one PDF.
Restrict editing of a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat, and do one of the following: Choose File Protect Using Password. Choose Tools Protect Protect Using Password.
Fix 1. Unlock Encrypted PDF Without Password via docHub Open the encrypted or locked PDF file in docHub. Click File and open Properties. Now, click on Permission Details and open the Security tab. Click on the Remove Password in Security Method menu. Save the PDF file and now access the file.
