Today, I completed my first powerlifting competition, competing in the under 83 kg division, although I weigh between 77 and 79 kg while cutting. My main focus during preparation was mastering technique to meet IPF standards. For squat, I aimed to achieve a new personal record (PR) of around 180 kg, opening with 165 to 170 kg based on my warm-up. For bench press, I planned to start with 120 kg and potentially push for 130 kg or more. For deadlifts, I was set to open with 200 kg, with the goal of reaching 227.5 kg (500 lbs).
