To organize pages in Confluence, navigate to the space and locate the page tree in the sidebar. Confluence uses a hierarchy system instead of folders, allowing you to nest child pages within parent pages for better organization. To reorder pages, simply drag and drop them in the page tree. To nest a page, drop it onto another page. Use the arrow icon to toggle the visibility of child pages. Multiple nesting layers are possible by continuing this process. Alternatively, you can move an individual page in view mode by accessing the more actions menu, selecting "move," and choosing the desired space or parent page through drag and drop or search functionality.
