okay so in this video well be working with Google Forms and well walk through the process of creating a forum and getting the result to a spreadsheet going forward in later videos well go into like creating more complicated forms and analyzing the results from those spreadsheets but for now lets get started with some basic things so Im in a folder on Google Drive if you dont know how to get there simply go to drive.google.com and that will get you to Google Drive and you need a Google account gmail account is a Google account you can use or really any Google account would do so I have a folder in my drive and this is where Im gonna create my forms and spreadsheets so first Im gonna create a spreadsheet to hold the results from the form Im gonna right click here go under Google sheets arrow blank spreadsheet Im gonna name this on top I call this form results it enter thats all I need to do here Im gonna close this here it is new spreadsheet creating a spreadsheet is not man

The hyperlink control enables users to insert or edit a hyperlink on the form. Users editing and viewing the form can click the hyperlink which automatically opens the Web browser to the location that the link points to. This is useful when you are required to input a hyperlink as part of the form.
Change an existing hyperlink Right-click anywhere on the link and, on the shortcut menu, click Edit Hyperlink. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog, select the text in the Text to display box. Type the text you want to use for the link, and then click OK.

#4 Can I Create Folders in Microsoft Forms? While there is currently no built-in way to create folders in Microsoft Forms, as a workaround, you can organize forms by color.
In Microsoft Forms, open the form or quiz for which you want to create a short URL. In the Share pane under Send and collect responses, select the drop-down list and choose from whom you want to collect responses. Select the Shorten URL option if you want a shorter URL than whats provided.
When you click into any editable text field, like a question, form title, or description, youll see a formatting toolbar below it, including a link icon. By clicking on the link icon, youll be able to enter both the URL and its display text.
To give your survey, quiz, or other type of form some visual flair, apply a theme, add your own background image, or customize the background color. In Microsoft Forms, open the form for which you want to apply a theme. Select Theme to choose a color or background image.
