in this video im going to show you how to add order comments in shopify so first well log in shopify account then go to the orders and click on any order it could be already fulfilled or unfulfilled order it doesnt really matter so let me just click on this one the first one and lets scroll a bit down we see a section called timeline and here you can add any comment to the order for example lets say this is a test comment and i just put a smiley and post as you can see uh heres the comment repost and timeline and it will only be visible to you and your staff so your customers wont see this comment so thats purely for internal purposes and in fact if you go to the orders uh youll see that that every order which has a node youll see this um this icon so this is that simple so i hope you found this short video useful and for more shopify tutorials please subscribe my channel thank you
