In the recipient section, select Authentication from the gear icon. Three authentication options are available: email, SMS, and Q&A. Email authentication uses secure name and password verification. Signers access the document by clicking a link in their email. SMS authentication sends a secure code to the signer's mobile phone. Enter the phone number to verify identity and access the document.
