all right guys so this is going to be like most of my videos a video on graph and specifically iamp;#39;m going to be covering installing fonts so got a pretty simple graph file here that i was working with a pretty recently and then when i compile it youamp;#39;ll see that it uses the default font now a lot of people like to use their own fonts and so as a result from having to use the default fonts itamp;#39;s always going to end up looking like this it would be nice if you could use a different one so now as an alternative you can actually use custom fonts so hereamp;#39;s one that i set up before which is actually using computer modern which is the latex fonts and so for those of you guys that are used to work with law tech this will look pretty familiar to you kind of gives it that latex sort of look so just to give you a contrast again thatamp;#39;s what it looks like and then hereamp;#39;s what it looks like with the latex fonts now you could go a bit further and t

Math formulas are always typeset in a certain math version. And you can switch between math versions outside of math mode by using the command \mathversion , which changes the overall layout of the following formulas. LaTeX has two math versions by default: normal and bold.

The \fontsize and \selectfont commands \fontsize{6}{8}\selectfont : use 6pt text with baselines spaced at 8pt. \fontsize{8}{9}\selectfont : use 8pt text with baselines spaced at 9pt. \fontsize{12}{13.5}\selectfont : use 12pt text with baselines spaced at 13.5pt.
Remove fonts that you dont use In Control Panel, type Fonts in the search box at the top right. Under Fonts, click Preview, delete, or show and hide fonts. Select the font that you want to remove, and then click Delete. Delete the fonts that you dont want.
This means that if your units are in math mode (e.g., inside $$), you need to enclose them in something like \mathrm{} to make sure they are not italicized. Angstrom units can be written with their own command: \AA. Dont place this one in math mode unless you want awkward italicized Angstroms.
If you want to go back to normal font style (default for the LaTeX class you are using), this can be done by using the \textnormal{} command or the \normalfont switch command.
To cancel/override just the italic font shape, while leaving the (bold or non-bold) font weight unchanged, use either \textup{ To override just the bold font weight, while leaving the (italic or upright) font shape unchanged, use either \textmd{
