I hi guys this is an Amiga 600 or part of the insides of one today Ive got a top tip on UV light to find corrosion Ive set the studio lighting up so you can see the inside of the 600 this is on the top left part of the board near the IDE pool this is a recap that Ive done on it its a bit hit woody piggledy but its the best i could do with a soldier 9 tip my lab we just want to point out something on the early revisions the 600 this is the u12 encoder chip and normally theyve got a is it a capacitor from pin 12 pin 13 across the top of the chip and ive been getting flickering problems so ive tested the caps and whatnot on their fine so i dont think its anything Ive done but i say ive been using the UV to try and find corrosion and Ive found a bit so Ill show you that in a minute but Im not actually going to do any work and show you on camera that live because Im waiting for this capped put across this you 12 to see if it cures the flickering so vision is this board up an
