usually on this channel i help people save money today im going to save you some time because if youre like me maybe youve bought something at target and then gotten home and realized that the red security tag is still on your piece of clothing or whatever you bought so i researched a few things and heres what worked for me i got the largest flathead screwdriver that i have gently pulled the clothing to one side of the tag and then put the screwdriver in flat through the opening and then turned it while it was there and then it was able to pop open after a couple of tries theres a pin in there as you see so be careful as youre doing this so you dont hurt your hands lesson learned and as self-checkout becomes more common not just at target but at other stores too check your purchases for the security tags before you leave the store hope this helps thanks for watching

The tal:omit-tag attribute is used to remove the current elements start end tags from the document without affecting its content or descendents. Omitting a tag could be thought of replacing the element with that elements contents.
Another optional closing tag is the tag. The header section must be over when the section begins. Similarly, the closing and tags are always at the end of the doucment and can also be omitted. One final example of a closing tag that can be omitted is the closing (list item) tag.
Tag omission is an optional feature to minimize an SGML document. Whenever a tag can be implicitly anticipated by the parser from the structure of the document, the tag can be omitted. The tag omission feature can be generally enabled or disabled in the SGML Declaration.
Optional HTML Closing Tags Some closing tags are optional, however. The tags are optional because its implied that a new tag would not be able to be started without closing it.
An opening tag begins a section of page content, and a closing tag ends it. For example, to markup a section of text as a paragraph, you would open the paragraph with an opening paragraph tag and close it with a closing paragraph tag (closing tags always proceed the element with a /).
Another optional closing tag is the tag. The header section must be over when the section begins. Similarly, the closing and tags are always at the end of the doucment and can also be omitted. One final example of a closing tag that can be omitted is the closing (list item) tag.
If you dont add a closing tag the browser wont know where it ends. It will take the next tag and think it belongs to the previous tag without the closing tag.
Basically, thats the idea of optional HTML tags: you dont have to write an HTML tag if you can easily infer it from the context. For instance, theres no point in writing the tag. The document is shown in the browser, so we already know its an HTML document.
