hi so in video 1277 we used this which is alternate molding powder to cast this which is a copy of my hand now i didnamp;#39;t cast a copy of my hand because iamp;#39;m obsessively interested in a copy of my hand with the victory sign i did that because iamp;#39;m doing this project for a friend of mine who has a difficulty in getting gloves to fit so i thought he would show me a process where he can make his own gloves and then heamp;#39;s actually going to have a perfect fit so iamp;#39;m halfway through the process of showing you how to make latex gloves using this but obviously this stuff could be used to cast anything because the joys of it here are it picks up the detail like you wouldnamp;#39;t believe now i use plaster of paris but you could equally use resin so obviously making pattern parts is just a piece of cake with something like this because the detail is fantastic now you canamp;#39;t make uh lots of them you can only make one this is good enough for one

As simple \def\hide#1{\textcolor{white}{#1}} to hide and \def\hide#1{#1} to unhide. Obviously, the advantage/disadvantage of a white text with respect a true \phantom text is that you can still select and copy the hidden text in the PDF viewer.
Click the small triangle next to the line number of the chapter, part, section, or subsection label command to fold or unfold the code. This makes it possible to hide away portions of your code that youre not currently working on. You can read more about code folding at here and here.
The \omit command has as effect to omit the template of a cell in a table. This command is a primitive for \halign . For the tabular environment, you should use \multicolumn{1}{xx}{yy} instead, where xx is the desired template and yy the text.
LaTex beamer has the \invisible command which holds the space for the text but doesnt display it. We can create a new command with an if statement stating whether or not we want to use \invisible .
Luckily, its very easy to cross something out in a LaTeX expression. Simply use the \cancel{x} command, where x is whatever you want to cross out.
In the simplest case you just use \thispagestyle{empty} after \tableofcontents . However there are several complications, so see the linked answer. One problem not discussed in the FAQ is if the table of contents is longer than 1 page.
To suppress page numbers on a single page, use \thispagestyle{empty} somewhere within the text of the page.
To hide all subsections, add \setcounter{tocdepth}{1} to the preamble.
