Change Page Size Click the Layout tab. Click the Size button. Select the size you want to use. If the size you want to use doesnt appear in the list, select More Paper Sizes. The Paper tab of the Page Setup dialog box appears, where you can enter a custom paper size.
The paper size names you create will appear in the Paper Size list. To delete a custom paper size, click Customize, select the paper size from the list in the Custom Paper dialog box, then click Delete.
Heres how: Click the Layout tab at the top. In the Page Setup group, click on the Size button. A dropdown menu with various sizes will appear. Scroll through and pick one.
Step-by-step guide to getting Microsoft Word back to normal view: Click the View tab. Select Document Views in the dropdown menu. Choose Print Layout in the Document Views section. Your Word document should be back to its regular view.
There are a few simple things you can do to help keep file sizes down: Use low resolution versions of your images where possible. Compress images within Word or PowerPoint documents. Use Save As Save as PDF (as a last resort)
You need to go to Format Document click the Page Setup button in that dialog window then select the preferred Paper Size. When you click OK you also can change any other settings if you wish then click the Default button confirm Yes to updating the Normal.
Go to File Options Save. Under Preserve fidelity when saving this document, do either of the following: Make sure that Embed fonts in the file is not selected. If you do embed fonts, select Embed only the characters used in the document (best for reducing file size) and Do not embed common system fonts.
