So usually when we have a transparent background in Photoshop like this, and we save it as a JPEG, letamp;#39;s go to File and then Export and Export As, letamp;#39;s save it as JPEG. Letamp;#39;s not save it, but let me show you the preview. When you choose JPEG from here, have a look at this, the background will be by default, in most cases, filled with white.
