Im really glad you posted this because there are certain times where it would be okay to not put a three-month job on a resume and there are other times where you actually do want to put it on there regardless of the short time so Id like to clarify that so when companies are going to do a background check on you that background check is going to tell them every place that youve worked where youve collected a W2 so if youre applying to a job right now and you know theyre going to do a background check and you have not put on your resume that you worked at this place what happens is it comes back and they go huh well it shows they were re recently working here but they didnt mention that so now you look like you lied so if you know theres going to be no background check and youre not worried like if youre applying to some other positions that just maybe are more hourly work things like that where youre not worried about the formal background check then I get you you dont fee
