Todayamp;#39;s question, how do I unhide a million hidden rows? My former coworker thought it was a good idea to hide the white space below and to the right of the data. This question actually goes back to my old days at Telxon up in accounting. Someone ran into this very problem. Itamp;#39;s simple to hide and unhide a row when itamp;#39;s in the middle. So right here if I do Alt O-R-H to hide. All you do is select from 1504 to 1506 and then Alt+O=R=U to unhide. The tricky part, though, is when someone is hidden something at the extreme left or extreme right or the top or the bottom. There is no row 1517 or 1518 to select. So one method is to start here at 1516, click and then drag slightly down into the grid. And thatamp;#39;s now selected all of those hidden rows. Alt+O-R-U will unhide everything. Protect a sheet or range Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click Data. Protect sheets and ranges. Click Add a sheet or range or click an existing protection to edit it. To protect a range, click Range. To protect a sheet, click Sheet. Click Set permissions or Change permissions. Choose how you want to limit editing:
Protect a sheet. Select Review Manage Protection. To turn on protection, in the Manage Protection task pane, select Protect sheet. Note Although you can selectively protect parts of the sheet by setting various options in the Options section, these settings only apply when the Protect sheet setting is on.
Re: Sharing a single tab only Right-click on the sheet tab you want to protect. Select Protect Sheet. Set a password if you wish (optional), and choose the options you want to allow or restrict for the protected sheet. Click OK.
Protect Individual Sheets: Right-click on the sheet tab you want to protect. Select Protect Sheet.
Hide columns Select one or more columns, and then press Ctrl to select additional columns that arent adjacent. Right-click the selected columns, and then select Hide.
Select the sheet, range, table, or chart. Right click the selection, and then select Link to this Sheet, Range, Table, or Chart. The Copy Link dialog box appears. Select People in your organization with the link can edit.
Right-click on the tab of the worksheet you want to email. If you want to send more than one worksheet, hold down the Ctrl key click each one. The worksheet/s will now be opened in a separate workbook with a default name, like Book1. In this workbook, click on File, Share, Email, select Send as Attachment.
Right-click the sheet tab you want to hide, or any visible sheet if you want to unhide sheets. On the menu that appears, do one of the following: To hide the sheet, select Hide. To unhide hidden sheets, select them in the Unhide dialog that appears, and then select OK.
