Press the tab key. That selects the Delete button. Then press the space bar to delete the record.
Important Omitted records are temporarily excluded from the found set. They still exist in the database. Display or select the record to omit, then choose Records menu Omit. Display or select the first record in a number of consecutive records to omit, then choose Records menu Omit Multiple.
Hiding or showing layout objects In Layout mode, select the object. In the Inspector, click the Data. tab. For Hide object when, click. and specify a calculation to determine when the object should be hidden, then click OK. To apply the condition for the object in Find mode, select Apply in Find mode.
Omits the current record from the found set, or switches the current find request between finding and omitting records.
Make sure the found set contains only the records you want to delete. Choose Records menu Delete Found Records. Click Show All, then choose Records menu Delete All Records.
Display or select the record to omit, then choose Records menu Omit. Display or select the first record in a number of consecutive records to omit, then choose Records menu Omit Multiple. In the Omit Multiple dialog box, type the number of records to omit, then click Omit.
