thank you over 20 million people happily scanned that QR code that appeared during the Super Bowl not knowing what it was or what would happen after they scanned it and that is a problem as QR codes are not harmless and can be used to do so much more than just open websites and now that itamp;#39;s trending itamp;#39;s just a matter of time before the scammers get in on this action let me show you what it could potentially do letamp;#39;s start with the obvious QR codes can obviously open websites but that in itself can be an issue if you scan this QR code it will simply take you to my website whilst this is convenient you must make sure that the websites that youamp;#39;re accessing is the real website and not a fishing site that has been set up just to get your confidential information as you can see it didnamp;#39;t open up in Chrome so seeing the actual full URL is not that easy you need to look at the domain name to make sure there are no misspellings or any variation

You can disguise your QR code as part of an image. Since visual QR codes are customizable, you can add them to the overall picture using the same color scheme. By doing so, you will still be able to maintain the images aesthetic, and users wont notice that you hide a QR code in that image.
There are permanent areas, such as the white and black squares at the corners and a binary line connecting those squares that should not be altered. Changing those areas may make the QR code unreadable. See this Wikipedia article on QR Code design.
Deactivating a QR Code is a feature of Dynamic QR Codes. It is not possible to deactivate a Static QR Code as it stores the data in the QR Code itself.
In order to delete a QR code first you have to archive it. Confirm by clicking Yes. After that head to the Archived QR codes section on the left sidebar. You will find a button to permanently delete the QR code.
Once the PDF file is uploaded, click on the Edit button to open the editing tools. Locate the QR code you want to remove in the PDF file. You can use the zoom-in and zoom-out features to get a closer look at the QR code. Select the Remove tool from the editing toolbar.
A QR code is a picture - you cant disable it. If theres a QR code of what, your WiFi password? Then anyone can see what the password is. Your only option is to delete the file the QR code picture is in. If you mean the WPS button, connect to the routers admin console and you should find a disable WPS function.
Anyone who scans the QR Code can access the content only upon entering the correct password. However, only dynamic QR Codes can be password protected. Learn more about the difference between a static and dynamic QR Code.
