How to unlink a QR code?

If the QR code is an image: . On Android devices: Tap and hold the image, then select Remove or Delete from the menu.

Can you unlink a QR code?

You can delete a QR Code if you no longer wish to use it. Doing this will remove the QR Code from the Active list. If you delete a QR Code and a user scans it, they will see an error. Deleted codes are placed in Trash and you can easily restore them from here.

Can you deactivate a QR code?

Deactivating a QR Code is a feature of Dynamic QR Codes. It is not possible to deactivate a Static QR Code as it stores the data in the QR Code itself.

Can you reverse out a QR code?

Static QR Codes leave you unable to do so, but dynamic QR Codes are editable. You can easily redirect a dynamic QR Code by changing the URL or the content that it leads to.

How not to use QR codes?

QR Codes should never be placed in locations that make them difficult or dangerous to scan. Use easy-to-read QR codes: Larger QR codes ensure the pattern is clear and easily readable by the scanning device. QR codes that are too small or obscure make it more difficult for the scanner to read.

Can you change the link of a QR code?

Can Static QR Code be edited or redirected to a new URL? Unfortunately, Static QR Codes cant be edited or redirected to a new URL once they are finalized. This is why we recommend choosing a Dynamic QR Code solution so that there is always the option to update the content later.

How to remove QR code?

On Android devices: Tap and hold the image, then select Remove or Delete from the menu.

How to destroy a QR code?

If you want to delete multiple QR Codes at once, they need to be paused first. Go to the Paused folder on your dashboard. Select the box on the left-hand side for each QR Code you want to delete. Select Actions and then select Delete. Carefully read the pop-up window and then confirm by selecting Delete.
