1. On the File tab, click Print (or press Ctrl+P). To exclude the printing of hidden slides, uncheck the check mark next to Print Hidden Slides.
If you have any hidden slides in the presentation, the Print Hidden Slides option is active, and you may select it. Choose a print layout: Under Settings, click the second rectangles down arrow. The thumbnail images you see show a preview of how the pages will look when printed.
On the slide, select the box that contains your text. On the Animations tab, select the Add Animation drop-down menu, and select an animation, such as Appear, Fade In, or Fly In.
Click File Print. Under Printer, choose the printer you want. Under Settings, next to Full Page Slides, select the down arrow, and under Print Layout, select Notes Pages. Click Print.
Slides: From the drop-down, choose to print all slides, selected slides, or the current slide. Or, in the Slides box, type which slide numbers to print, separated by a comma. Print Layout: Choose to print just the slides, just the speaker notes, an outline, or handouts.
Go to File - Options - Advanced. In the pop up menu, go to the section called When Printing this document. Click on the radio button called Use the following print settings. You can choose the option to print full page slides, handouts, notes or outline.
Step 1 Click on the File tab on the menu bar and choose Print settings and preview. A preview screen will get displayed in front of you. Step 2 You will see that the option Include skipped slides in the preview screen is selected by default. You need to unselect this option.
To remove the page number from certain slides, follow these steps: Select the slide from which you want to remove the page number. Select Insert ▸ Header and Footer. Uncheck Slide number. Select Apply to change only the current slide.
