today i wanted to share with you how i mix my paint up for dot art in general i tend to use thicker paints like liquitex heavy body and basics version there are some other brands i use as well but these are the ones i tend to gravitate to the most i am not endorsed itamp;#39;s just my favorite paints for this project i am using these little condiment containers to store my paint in in general these donamp;#39;t really keep the paint from drying out for very long only a couple of days i tend to put them in a ziploc bag which helps them last a little bit longer but i know iamp;#39;m going to be doing several projects in these colors so i donamp;#39;t plan on having these paints stored in these containers for very long i always add pouring medium to my paint and when i stir it i stir pretty slowly and i use a toothpick i have found by using a toothpick i get less air bubbles and i donamp;#39;t mess up my paint brushes so it is a win-win for me and i just go very slowly i try not to s
