Do you want them removed or simply not displaying? To remove single paragraph marks (blank lines) use /Edit /Find and Replace, Find ^$ and drop more options and enable Regular Expressions. Replace all.
You can achieve that in two ways. One way is to select all text, then click in the styles list on the toolbar and select Clear formatting . The other is to select all text, Copy, then Paste as unformatted text.
You can toggle between INSRT = insert and OVER = overwrite. Click in the field to toggle the modes. If the cursor is positioned in a text document, you may also use the Insert key (if available on your keyboard) to toggle the modes.
To turn off: Edit - Track Changes - Accept All. Edit - Track Changes - [ ] Record (deactivate the option)
Assuming you want to delete empty paragraphs: See my answer below. Select the range you want to delete empty paragraphs from. Call FR (Find and Replace). Enable Regular expressions. If wanted enable Current selection only. Enter ^$ behind Find: Make sure that the line behind Replace: is empty. Call Replace All .
Show or hide tab marks in Word Go to File Options Display. Under Always show these formatting marks on the screen, select the check box for each formatting mark that you always want to display regardless if the Show/Hide. button is turned on or off. Clear any check boxes for ones you dont want always displayed.
Within Libreoffice, open Find Replace (Ctrl H), select Other Options and enable Regular Expressions. You can then search for \n (line break) and replace with a comma (or comma space).
Go to Tools AutoCorrect AutoCorrect Options Options tab and activate the option Remove blank paragraphs (also, deactivate anything you dont want), now go to Tools AutoCorrect Apply and the empty paragraph will be removed.
You can remove a single hard return or paragraph mark by dragging over it and pressing Delete.
Find the Display option from the list on the left-hand side of the pop-up windows screen. Look at the Always show these formatting marks on the screen, section, the second one down. Notice the checkbox next to the paragraph symbol labeled Paragraph marks. Unselect the box to turn off the paragraph marks.
