In this video, we will show you how to create labels by importing data from a CSV format file, this is a Pro edition feature. Importing data allows you to quickly create hundreds of labels in minutes, an awesome feature for preparing hoilday mailing lists and shipping labels in bulk. Start by preparing a csv format data file, use one row per contact record. Click on Import Data and select your data file Review imported data. My example file here consists of dummy data created for demo purposes. This file consists of 99 records and one header, a total of 100 rows. Next, lets customize the label template The label template is made up of personalization tags, you can add and remove personalization tags as needed. Choose the columns you wish to import by checking the Import check box. Under the drop down list, select the matching personalization tag for the column. Choose Import when youre ready to generate labels For this demo, this will generate 99 labels from my imported file.
