we review those documents and then we relay those not uh those instructions to the notaries to make sure no mistakes are made you know or anything like that we most mistakes that we see are really things that you donamp;#39;t have to go back or like itamp;#39;s most mistakes we see is that they forget to mark off princip uh physical presence or online notary the issue is when they miss a signature or Miss initials they have to go back to the signer to get that signed and um so how we handle that as soon as we get scam backs we are immediately checking it if we notice a mistake weamp;#39;re immediately call the notary and title both at the same time so theyamp;#39;re both aware so title isnamp;#39;t just waiting there has no idea whatamp;#39;s going on
