hi its karen at rt systems weve got the new ftm 6000 here and i wanted to show you a couple of the sort of gotchas that youre liable to run into when youre programming it and when youre using it first one is really a cool thing notice i have names displayed for my memory channels well i want to know what frequency this is im going to push and hold the knob and now i have frequencies just so you know i have frequencies for everything now but i just push and hold again and im back to name i have to admit this has to be the easiest between name and frequency that i have seen on the radio in a long time the next is kind of uh gotcha but lets turn the radio off were going to hold the f1 key while we turn the radio on notice i let go of it as the voltage came up and it says clone and youll know why this is near and dear to my heart and the next step in clone is to press the knob and notice it goes to clone rx and i can turn the knob and its just one click and it goes between rx an
