One way is to remove everyones names in the File Share Share with others dialog box, and change Restricted to Anyone with link. You will need to send the link to people you want to visit the spreadsheet.
Right-click on a cell that contains a hyperlink. Choose Remove Hyperlink from the dropdown menu. Confirm that the cells text is no longer blue and underlined.
