hiya this is planners place um today were going to look at how to remove the a and asterix surfacex from actual dates and constraint dates respectively in primavera p6 if youre very familiar with my via p6 you will know that actual dates have got the suffix a appended to them and constrained dates ive got the suffix asterisks appended to them thats good because it distinguishes for actual lead between activities that have not started and activating they have started or completed and for constrained date it shows you that im the dates are now held in place by logic its using a using a date to drive it most times its with milestones that you use constraints and also for those coming from microsoft projects youll be surprised that in permabear basics weve got two types of milestones and for start milestones they dont have finished dates i shouldnt say they dont have finish the finished date is not displayed and for finished milestones the start dates are not displayed so thes
