To delete a certificate, right-click the certificate, and then click Delete. To disable a certificate, right-click the certificate, click Properties, select Disable all purposes for this certificate, and then click OK.
In the Google Cloud console, go to the Certificate Authority Service page. Go to Certificate Authority Service. Under Certificate authorities, select your target CA. Click Disable. In the dialog that opens, click Confirm.

You can create a new session with the `New-PSSession` cmdlet. You can uninstall a certificate using just its thumbprint (this functionality is new in Carbon 2.5. 0). `Uninstall-Certificate` will search through all certificate locations and stores and uninstall all certificates that have the thumbprint.
Go to SSL/TLS Edge Certificates. For Disable Universal SSL, select Disable Universal SSL. Read the warnings in the Acknowledgement. Select I Understand and select Confirm.
