first remove the card hopper from the back of the printer then open the printer to remove the dye film and blue sticky roller underneath it remove the metal bar from the blue roller and set it aside in a safe place you will need to a new alpha card dye film ribbon and blue sticky roller back into the printer remove the blue roller and dye film ribbon from the box then insert the metal bar that you set aside earlier unwrap the roller and snap it into place directly above the orange roller towards the back of the unit next unwrap the dye film ribbon from its packaging and place it into the printer exactly as shown gently close the lid of the pro 500 printer then grab the card hopper and cards that you want to insert fam the cards out so that they donamp;#39;t stick together and place the cards into the hopper then place the card hopper into the empty space in the back of the unit your alpha card pro 500 is now ready to print you
