in this video were going to take a look at how we can deal with notification alerts within microsoft teams so the way teams has been set up for me every time i receive a new message within a teams channel or within my chat i get a banner notification telling me a new message has arrived with these banner notifications coming into the bottom right hand corner of my screen that area can get quite busy and sometimes it can become quite distracting especially if you are holding an online lesson or just generally trying to do work within teams so how do we go about managing message notifications in the top right hand corner of your teams page we have a profile picture and click on that that opens up a menu in there were going to select settings and within the settings screen we go for notifications and in here were going to look at teams and channels im going to select customize so within the customize menu we have our list of notifications and over on the right here we have our alert
