To delete the service-linked role, you must first remove those resources from the linked service and then submit the deletion request again. To remove a member account from your organization Sign in to the AWS Organizations console . On the AWS accounts page, find and choose the check box next to each member account that you want to remove from your organization. Choose Actions, then under AWS account, choose Remove from organization.
Sign in to the AWS Organizations console . On the AWS accounts page, find and choose the name of the member account you want to close. You can navigate the OU hierarchy, or look at a flat list of accounts without the OU structure. Choose Close next to the account name at the top of the page.

To delete your AWS Account, first log in as a root user. Back up essential data and make all charges transparent. Under Account Settings, find and click Close Account.
To close a standalone account from the Accounts page Sign in to the AWS Management Console as the root user in the AWS account that you want to close. You cant close an account while signed in as an IAM user or role.
On the Users page, you can select multiple users for deletion. Select the username that you want to delete and choose Delete users.
