The portal was a really simple system to use If youre already registered with them all you need to do is log in and you get access to all of your tax history and where you worked in the past. Otherwise like me, I just had to register with some information like my NI number and answer a few security questions and the following day I had access to the system I could send in all my evidence to get the grant completed and also I could see the last 30 years of tax I had been paid which was great as a reference.
