Tonight's class, now called "Five Steps of the Fall of a Flawless Notarization," is based on the NNAs book. The material will be taught directly from this book. If you already have the book, you know what we will cover. If not, we will teach you. It is recommended to have this book in your notary bag. Additionally, open Google and find your state's notarial verbiage. We will be following our usual process but with an added activity.

Consular officials at any U.S. embassy or consulate abroad can provide a service similar to the functions of a notary public in the United States. It is also possible to have a document docHubd by a local foreign notary or local government official and then have the document authenticated by a U.S. consular officer.
Notary publics witness the signing of important documents and verify the identity of the signer(s), their willingness to sign the documents, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction. Institutions rely upon notaries so they may have full faith in important documents.
