hi Iamp;#39;m mark Joseph Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to indent a quotation or a paragraph using Microsoft Word the document that I have up here is set up in the block formatting meaning there are no indents on the left side if I want to indent this first paragraph what Iamp;#39;ll do is put the cursor at the very beginning of the paragraph and hit the tab button and it automatically indents for me another way that I can do that is to again make sure that the cursor is at the front at the very beginning of the paragraph or quotation I can come to the top and click on this little icon on the ruler and drag it over to where I want the indent to begin and as you can see I get the same result and indents the paragraph or the quotation and thatamp;#39;s how you indent paragraphs or quotations use a Microsoft Word
