While a few scanners can read an inverted Code, some apps are not able to scan them. Same goes if your QR Code has a transparent background, so think about your color scheme the next time you decide to print on a dark poster.

Unfortunately, Static QR Codes cant be edited or redirected to a new URL once they are finalized. This is why we recommend choosing a Dynamic QR Code solution so that there is always the option to update the content later.
If the QR code is an image: . On Android devices: Tap and hold the image, then select Remove or Delete from the menu.
The short URL is located to the left of your Dynamic QR Code. In the example below, the short URL is l.ead.me/bbLviR. Alternatively, you can scan your QR Code and select the address bar to reveal the short URL. Note that there are different short URLs.
Deleting a QR Code is permanent and cannot be undone. Users will be led to a service page if they scan a deleted Dynamic QR Code. Static QR Codes can be deleted. However, they will remain active.
A QR Code can be of any shape, but make sure the eyes are not misaligned, else the QR Code will be deemed unscannable. Keep in mind that extreme digression from a QR Codes shape will make it unrecognizable and unscannable for QR Code scanners.
To deactivate your QR Code, follow these steps: Login to your Scanova account. Click on MY QR Codes on the left panel. From the list of saved QR Codes, go to the one you want to deactivate and click on View/Edit. Toggle the status button upon the image of the QR Code to deactivate your QR Code.
