To get started go ahead and navigate to the Backstage view, then click Print in the left pane. Here youll find everything you need to print your presentation, including a preview and a place to adjust your settings. Now we could just enter the number of copies we want and click the print button right away, but before we do that when we take a look at some of the options below. If youre connected to more than one printer for example you can use the menu here to choose the one you want. You can also enter a custom slide range if youre working with a longer presentation and you only want to print certain sides. Otherwise, Print All should work just fine. Can I print my slides without white page margins? Select File Print Print Full Page Slides. In the Print dialog box, look for a More settings link and select it. Look for Advanced options or a Margins option that you can adjust, such as in the example below:
Note: Unlike Word document pages, PowerPoint slides dont have margins that you can adjust to change the slide layout.
Go to File - Options - Advanced. In the pop up menu, go to the section called When Printing this document. Click on the radio button called Use the following print settings. You can choose the option to print full page slides, handouts, notes or outline.
