Click Data at the top of the Format sidebar on the right, then click the Data Format pop-up menu and choose Scientific. In the Decimals field, enter the number of decimal places you want displayed, or choose Auto to display as many decimal places as you enter.
Reverse or mirror text Insert a text box in your document by clicking Insert Text Box, and then type and format your text. For more details, see Add, copy, or delete a text box. Click in the paragraph whose text direction you want to change. If you select multiple paragraphs, the text in all of them is formatted to match the first one you selected. Set the page orientation In the Document sidebar, click the Document tab at the top. Select a page orientation (portrait or landscape). You can use only one page orientation for your document.
If the list is in a text box, table, or shape, first click the Text tab at the top of the sidebar, then click the Style button. Indent: Type a number or click the arrows next to the Indent fields to set the distance from the left margin to the bullet and from the bullet text to the bullet, respectively.
You can undo recent changes you make to a document, then redo them if you change your mind. Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
To end the list, choose None from the Bullets Lists pop-up menu, then continue typing text without a list format applied. You can also end the list by pressing Return or Enter twice.
