hi there i'm andrea from acdc and welcome to the ac dc ancestry series in this series we will follow a boy and his dog as they go from dull forgotten film negative to lively full-color photo using ac dc photo studio ultimate 2020 in this video part 1 of the series we will develop an old film negative the first thing you must do is turn your negative into a digital file you can do that by scanning it or placing it in front of a light source and taking a picture of it be sure to fill the frame and save the image as a high quality picture file i've saved mine as a jpeg and now i'll open it in edit mode add a negative adjustment layer and that's it to see what happens next check out part 2 how to restore an old photo and part 3 how to add color to a black and white photo you can find the links to these in the description of this video
