You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. It is possible to upload Word templates containing Word macros. Word macros are little pieces of functionality embedded in Word files which can make handling Word files a lot easier. Word macros are written in Visual Basic and can be used for different purposes such as applying special formatting or calculate values. In Word, you can automate frequently used tasks by creating and running macros. A macro is a series of commands and instructions that you group together as a single command to accomplish a task automatically.
A macro is a recording of formatting changes and other steps that can be replayed quickly. A template is a pre-formatted spreadsheet with headers and formulas awaiting your data. I find that whichever one you know how to create, is the one you tend to use!
