hey friends heres some stretches i did to heal my wrists back when i injured it a few months ago so some basic rotational ones fingers to thumb turning the palms out nice and easy fingers to fingers once again palm out slow and gentle i went far enough to feel the stretch but i stayed out of the range of sharp pain then some extensions and gentle flexion and then i would loosen up a bit other way too i would hold each stretch for a few seconds and i did them around five times a day i mean were not really trying to body build our wrists or maybe you are and as they get better i start working them with gentle exercises i dont do these immediately after injury i rest for a few days first this works for me when i have pretty minor sprains but your injury may be different i hope that can help you and you have a beautiful day
